Seven research-validated frameworks. One coherent platform. Built for educators who take their own growth as seriously as their students'.

Educators are not passive recipients of professional development — they are capable, self-directed professionals who can build their own capacity when given the right tools and evidence. 7ed is built on that belief. Rather than telling educators what they need, the platform helps them see clearly where they are, understand what the evidence says about their practice, and decide for themselves where to grow next. This is heutagogy in action: self-determined learning, driven by the learner. Whether you are a classroom teacher, a school leader, or a system administrator, 7ed gives you a structured, honest, and deeply personal picture of your professional practice — and the pathways to take it further.

Seven Frameworks
SAMR, TPACK, TIM, ISTE, UNESCO ICT-CF, Diffusion of Innovation, Kotter Change Management — each battle-tested across four decades of international education.
📊
Rigorous Data
Likert scaling, Rasch calibration, Cronbach reliability — surveys built to measure what they claim to measure, not just what's easy to ask.
🤖
AI-Powered Reports
Personalised feedback that responds to your specific results — not generic templates. Every report is generated fresh from your data.
🔄
Built for Cycles
Baseline → sense-making → targeted support → recheck. Moving systems from "we ran training" to "we built capability" — over years.

🌐 How OER Works

What is OER?

Open Educational Resources (OER) are teaching and learning materials that are freely available for anyone to use, adapt, and redistribute. They carry open licences — typically Creative Commons — which means you can legally download, modify, and share them without seeking permission or paying fees. OER can include textbooks, lesson plans, videos, assessments, interactive activities, and entire courses.

How the OER Search works

The OER Search page detects your educational sector (ECE, K–12, TVET, or Higher Ed) from your cohort when the page loads, then displays search suggestions specific to that sector — so an early childhood educator sees topics like "Play-Based Learning" while a vocational trainer sees "Workplace Learning".

It also checks which surveys you've completed and adds extra suggestions drawn from those topics — meaning the more surveys you do, the more personalised your results become.

How 7ed customises OER for you

Rather than presenting a generic search engine, 7ed builds a personalised OER experience around your professional profile. When you join a cohort, the platform knows your educational sector and uses that to pre-load relevant search suggestions — so you see resources that match your context from the moment the page opens, without having to think about what to search for.

As you complete surveys and assessments within 7ed, the platform analyses your results and generates additional search suggestions tied to your development areas. For example, if your PDP survey highlights classroom management as a growth area, the OER page will suggest searches for classroom management resources in your sector. The more you engage with the platform, the more targeted and useful your OER suggestions become.

Where the results come from

All searches run against OER Commons, one of the largest public libraries of openly licensed educational resources. Every result is a freely licensed resource you can use, adapt, and share in your own teaching practice.

Why OER matters for educators

OER removes cost barriers and gives educators the freedom to tailor materials to their learners' needs. Instead of using a one-size-fits-all textbook, you can combine resources from multiple sources, adjust them for your context, and share your improvements back with the community. This collaborative approach to educational content mirrors the professional learning philosophy that underpins 7ed.
